All items purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange
We are offering exchange at your doorstep. Our rider will pick and drop the product same time at your doorstep. Courier exchange charges apply for size issue or if you want to exchange the product on your demand.

Return
All refunds shall be made via bank transfer and only for the product value, not for any shipping charges incurred.  (Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. In addition, shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.)
